Brian S. Hayes is an experienced Human Resource Management leader with a career background spanning over 23 years that has involved extensive collaboration with executive leadership as a trusted advisor in achieving current and future business goals. With broad HR and business acumen, he provides an expanded viewpoint to manage business change and transformation.  

Prior to joining TLC as the Tideway Program Director, Brian served as HR Director - Employment Services for Infinity Group, a family-owned industrial construction company based in Clute, TX.  Brian managed three employment offices providing staffing capabilities for an industrial civil contractor in the petrochemical industry.  

Mr. Hayes has been instrumental in managing human capital initiatives for several companies in his position. He guided clients through all areas of employee relations, developing employee value propositions, building stronger company cultures and helping to transform the workplace into an employer of choice.  In addition, Brian's experience includes serving as the HR Leader to - Americas’ Region for Hydratight Operations, Inc.; Senior HR Manager - Wood Group Light Industrial Turbines USA, Inc.; HR Director - North America for Counterforce, Inc.; Training Manager - for OxyVinyls, LP. As well as senior HR Manager- Collegedale Operations of McKee Foods Corporation

Brian holds a Bachelors degree in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He is extremely active in several HR related professional organizations.   Brian currently serves as the Chapter President of the Texas Bay Area Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).  He also holds two human resource professional certifications, SHRM-SCP (Senior Certified Professional) administered by the Society for Human Resource Management, and SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) administered by Human Resource Certification Institute.
