TLC is a not-for-profit program, which provides the opportunity to be more focused on the quality of our staff and the care they provide. Our professional staff are employees, not contracted. They specialize solely in brain injury treatment and rehabilitation and have a thorough understanding of the cognitive and physical needs of individuals with acquired brain injury. TideWay's staff is recognized as experts in the field of brain injury treatment and are licensed or certified in their fields of expertise.  TideWay also provides comprehensive nursing care for those patients needing medical attention. This level of staffing is unparalleled in the field of post-acute brain injury treatment.
