  Part Time Employees TLC Accruals from 1st day of employment may be taken after 3 monts of employment Prorated based on hours, paid up to 80 hours per pay period.
SICK LEAVE Full Time Employees TLC Upon employment 10 days/year (accrued each pay period from date of employment)

HOLIDAYS Full Time Employees TLC Upon employment 10 holidays per year, personal holiday added to vacation accrual on January each year
CONVERSION POLICY Full Time & Part Time Employees TLC After 1 year of employment Sick leave accrued may be converted to vacation in 8 hour increments by using a 2:1 sick/vacation ratio. Maximum of 80 hours for FT and 48 hours for PT of sick leave can be converted per year.
BCBSTX HEALTH Full Time Employees TLC/Employee  First Day of Month after 60 days employment In Network - Deductible $500, 10% co-insurance with maximum out of pocket of $1000. Provider: $25 Co-Pay
BCBSTX PHARMACY Full Time Employees TLC/Employee First Day of Month after 60 days employment In network deductible $100/ person and $300/family. Copay to provider  $10 generic;  $25 preferred name brand; $40 non-preferred brand name.
DENTAL - BCBSTX Full Time Employees TLC?/employee First Day of Month after 60 days employment Maximum per year $2000 per person, Deductible $50 per person/$150 per family, Orthodontics lifetime maximum $1500 per person
