The Transitional Learning Center (TLC), a non-profit organization whose services are world renowned, operates three facilities, two in Galveston and one in Lubbock and employs nearly 182 individuals committed to providing the healthiest work environment possible to ensure the best possible rehabilitation and living environment for our brain injured patients.
